Symptoms:
- Having trouble viewing multimedia content.
- I have Adobe Flash and Apple Quicktime Player installed, but I still can't view the multimedia content.
- Nothing happens when clicking on a thumbnail to view the full image.
- Adding an item to the shopping basket opens a PayPal window.

Multimedia Content
Although our site is viewable without any additional browser plug-ins, certain content such as audio samples will require installation of the latest Adobe Flash Player and/or Apple Quicktime Player.
These can be freely downloaded by following the links on their respective websites:
- Adobe (http://www.adobe.com)
- Apple (http://www.apple.com/quicktime)
I have Flash and Quicktime installed but still can't view multimedia content.
If you have both players installed and you still can't view the multimedia content, it is possible your browser is blocking the viewing software from initiating.
This is an inbuilt security measure; you may notice a message bar at the top or bottom of your browser indicating that active content has been prevented from being displayed.
By following the instructions in this message bar, you can allow multimedia content to be displayed temporarily.

If you are experiencing difficulty in viewing full-size images of thumbnails you may need to enable Javascript in your browser settings.
Selecting a thumbnail launches a pop-up window in which the image is displayed. This will not work if Javascript is disabled or if pop-up windows are being blocked by your browser or other installed software.
Depending on your browser, when a webpage tries to launch a pop-up window a dialog box will appear informing you that this is taking place.
Through this box you can choose to unblock all pop-ups or temporarily allow the current one to be initiated.

Our website now incorporates PayPal integration allowing you to make fast and secure payments online using your debit or credit card. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this facility.
Adding an item to, or viewing the contents of the basket launches a new browser window taking you to the Splash Productions PayPal shopping cart.
Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, select the Check Out button to proceed to the payments page.

Font Size
The font size of the main text can be altered to your liking through your browser's View menu.
Tabbing
All links can be accessed without using the mouse by pressing the Tab key. You can press this button repeatedly to reach your chosen link (surrounded by a dotted border) which can then be activated by pressing Enter.
Links
We have attempted to make link text as descriptive as possible and further detail can be viewed by hovering over a link.
Access Keys
Page links can be activated by holding down the ALT key (or CONTROL key on Apple computers) followed by the corresponding access key below.
In some browsers, you may need to press ENTER after the 'ALT + Access Key' sequence.
