REFUNDS POLICY

• Refunds are available on all pre-booked services with the exception of non refundable deposits for services such as Pop Parties, Wedding bands, Recordings and Rehearsals.
• For Stock items such as CDs, Posters etc, the returned items can be replaced or alternatively, a credit note can be issued. Credit notes cannot be redeemed for cash, but can be used against purchases of any of our services.
• All returned items must be accompanied with proof of purchase. Any items returned without proof of purchase cannot be refunded or replaced.
• Refunds and replacements must be claimed within 6 months of initial purchase.
• Unused gift vouchers will not be replaced or refunded after the expiry date.
• Certain items such as CDs cannot always be replaced due to the unique nature of the item.
• The decision of Splash Productions on refunds and returns shall be final and binding.
• Splash Productions reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements when deemed appropriate.
